Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program.
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and educate clients and their families on proper usage and potential side effects.
- Wound Care: Provide specialized care for wounds, including dressing changes and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Client and Family Education: Offer guidance on disease management, preventive health measures, and home safety practices.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience in home health care or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse home environments and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
